The Not-So-Fine Print

  • Free Consultation, Assessment & Proposal:

    • Initial Consultation: A meeting to discuss expectations and project requirements.

    • Feasibility Assessment: Cross Corp will perform an initial review of the systems and provide a feasibility report determining if the project is possible to complete. Sometimes Systems just cannot communicate.

    • Proposal Preparation: Following the consultation, a detailed offer will be prepared, including an estimated time frame of hours and an estimated cost.

  • Pricing:

    • Projects are priced based on an Hourly fee of $100 per hour.

  • Payment Structure:

    • Upfront Payment of 50% of the estimated cost is due upfront to initiate the project.

  • Remaining Payment:

    • The remaining 50% is paid on completion of the project.

  • Refund Policy:

    • In the event that the automation cannot be completed without switching accounting information systems (if not on QuickBooks), the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded. However, the remaining 50% of the contracted amount does not have to be paid.

  • Time-frame:

    • Time-frames for the project will be estimated in the proposal.
